I'm excited to share my latest project with you - Tempus Tours, an "Uber for tour-guides" website developed in partnership with another computer science student for one of our subjects.
Tempus Tours was designed to connect tourists with local tour guides, allowing them to easily find and book guided tours in their destination city. The website features a user-friendly interface and a range of tours to choose from, making it easy for tourists to plan their trip.
Unfortunately, the project was never completed, but it did give me the opportunity to work on both the backend and some of the frontend. I developed the backend using Flask, and contributed to the frontend, which was built with React. Despite not being able to complete the project, I learned a lot about developing with these technologies and gained valuable experience in the process.
Overall, I'm really glad I had the opportunity to work on Tempus Tours. Although the project wasn't completed, it was a great learning experience and I'm grateful for the chance to have worked on it. I'm looking forward to continuing to develop my skills as a developer and taking on new challenges in the future.
